Everything was good, it is like in the pictures, there are 2 sleep rooms and separate living space, kitchen and bathroom. It is not far from the beach 5 minutes walk.private place ground floor. Apartment on top is not bothering still very private. Good place if u have a dog bcs the garden has fences ( need to close the gates)parking always place in the garden or on the street in front. It is a useful place if you don’t demand luxury. Supermarket around the corner. Some restaurants near and there is a restaurant 5 min drive with car : Eteria in Posada really good! Gianfranco is really helpful and available for any advice or places to go around the area. Sardinia itself is not the best if u want to bring a dog and visit several beaches or want to make a boat trip. most beaches not aloud to bring a dog , some of them u can sneak in and find a quiet place on the side .restaurants mostly no problem to bring a dog.

L'appartamentoè ampio e luminoso, ma estremamente spartano. Purtroppo il forno e lo sciacquone del wc non hanno mai funzionato creandoci qualche disagio. Il giardino sarebbe molto bello ma non è curato, così come l area barbecue..peccato! Forse perché Gianfranco è il primo anno che affitta e non si trovava in Sardegna.A lui consiglio di aggiungere un pochino più di comodità . Noi ci siamo comunque adattati e siamo stati benissimo .

Gianfranco war immer gut und schnell erreichbar und die Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und hilfreich. Seine Unterkunft, eine komplette Wohnung, ist einfach, aber sauber und genauso, wie sie im Inserat dargestellt wird. Der kleine Ort San Giovanni ist ruhig und man kann sich dort gut erholen. Das Meer und der kilometerlange Strand sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Größere Hotels gibt es nicht, wenn man unter Einheimischen sein möchte bzw. unter Italienern, die dort Urlaub machen, ist man genau richtig. Wir haben diese Atmosphäre als sehr angenehm und gastfreundlich empfunden. Es ist schön, dass Gianfrancos Wohnung eine Veranda und einen Balkon zum Draußensitzen hat sowie einen Stellplatz für einen PKW. Letzterer ist sehr hilfreich, um in den Nachbarorten in größeren Lebensmittelgeschäften einzukaufen oder dorthin Ausflüge zu machen. Ohne PKW würde dies schwierig. Die Restaurants La Tartaruga und La Foce haben uns sehr gut gefallen, viel Auswahl gibt es nicht.

Posizione straordinaria e tranquilla, perfetta per famiglie. Gianfranco molto gentile e disponibile anche per una mia richiesta non prevista nell’offerta, ma accolta e risolta subito.

La casa molto spaziosa è circondata da una ombreggiata area comune che limita le alte temperature e favorisce la circolazione dell’aria. Come nella descrizione non ci sono molti servizi e l’arredamento è essenziale. Pratica la doccia esterna e quella interna è perfetta come temperatura e getto ma con un ingresso un po’ limitato. Ottima la posizione in zona molto tranquilla, la spiaggia bellissima è raggiungibile a piedi, il piccolo supermercato è nella via subito dietro e ci sono un paio di bar e ristoranti vicini …il paese più movimentato, La Caletta, dista poco più di un km, noi ci siamo quasi sempre andati a piedi. Sulla strada davanti all’ingresso si parcheggia senza problemi, noi con la moto, abbiamo parcheggiato anche all’interno. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene e il sig. Gianfranco è stato molto disponibile.
