It's a bit of a trek from the Grant Settlement Road through the bush but the reward is at the end. We discovered a lovely chalet situated on a nicely landscaped property on the banks of the Ottawa River. The location was beautiful, especially in the winter, accented by the snow. Our little guys had fun building snowmen. The chalet was exceptionally decorated and appointed. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a lit Christmas tree which was a nice surprise for the grand kids. The chalet was cozy and there was enough space to tuck in our group of 6 adults and four children under the age of four. We brought our own playpens for our toddlers for sleeping. We had a few issues with electrical outlets and the dishwasher which did not function. Maegan has created a beautiful, welcoming space to enjoy your time in the Ottawa Valley

Beautiful house with lots of property for yard games. We really enjoyed our stay. There were issues with the power, the hot tub kept tripping the breaker. Besides that, love love love this place!
