We are still in the city so you will occasionally hear close neighbors, dogs, ducks, chickens, trains & traffic, and Summer cicadas.

We like to walk nearly everywhere in the Barrio since we are close to good coffee, a handful of restaurants and cocktails bars, but a car is convenient if you’re planning to explore the Saguaro National Parks or take in more sights and neighborhoods. There is a good public transit system in Tucson called, Sun Tran that includes the bus and street car, both free to ride. We have a bus stop just 2 blocks away and a streetcar stop about 7 blocks away at the Convention Center. Tucson is a very bicycle-friendly city, if that's your thing. The closest entrance to The Loop is just a 3-minute ride. There are several great bicycle rental shops downtown. There is a Tugo ride-share bike station 2 blocks away for quick trips. Overall, we recommend having a car to get the most out of your visit.
