Kia ora, This is a private room with a private outdoor area/deck. This space is not the most spacious room, but it has the essentials! There is private small bathroom/shower attached to the room with a comfy queen bed. The room that you will be staying is on the ground floor and this is a three-storey house I myself will be staying on the third level. I do apologise in advance; the use of the kitchen will not be provided for Air b&b guests. The room is very private and please note, you will hear sound of trains and planes as this area is close to the airport and the train station. So if you are a light sleeper this room may not be suitable for you.
