A new brand house with Cosy room to live on downstairs with nice environment and close to airports and walking distance to train stations. All Chinese and European cafe near by.Neighbourhood is peaceful.There is seperate door for guest to enter and lock the room which gives room for extra privacy. House is 5 min walk to train-station and distance to CBD is 30 min via train.10 minutes drive from Auckland airport. Private coffee table at the backyard to enjoy Morning tea or coffee It is the first house in front, Room is behind kitchen and guest private wash room

It's a new town house, built for purpose. We checked in close to midnight and found our room as per description. The bathroom washbasin is way too tiny and even shower felt a bit tight but usable. The kitchen needed cleaning and tidying up as used utensils were on the hob and I didn't feel like using anything. Overall nothing major and probably I like things clean and tidy so I noticed stuff around it.
Place is close to airport. Room was rather small for 2 mid/large luggages. Bathroom wash basin and shower were rather small. Short distance to amenities.
