Fantastic location, just minutes from Cooperstown and the Baseball HOF. Quiet, quaint and private. Adorably decorated and very comfortable. A working farm with goats, chickens, and Willy-the super friendly black German shepherd who greeted us. Tasty homemade breakfast treats made our stay perfect! Highly recommend!

From the start to the end, our expérience at Chritine's place was perfect. Keep searching but still van't find any negative point. Christine was also extremely friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Christine’s place! She really made us feel at home. The place was very clean and cozy and the farm is beautiful! She also left fresh baked goods in the room that were delicious! We will definitely be back next time we visit Cooperstown :)

Absolutely lovely! We came for peak leaf peeping season and the farm & area was just alight with oranges and yellows and reds with perfect weather. Everything was perfect and so comfortable and we would love to come back in the future to spend more time with the adorable animals!

Absolutely lovely! So happy to have found this gem of a stay. It is beautifully designed, immaculate, smells good, and is located on the most beautiful farm. There were fresh flowers from the farm, delicious fresh food, beautiful soap and lotion, not to mention a gorgeous, serene environment. Christine is incredibly friendly and generous and we’re so happy we booked a second night for when we come back through the area.
