great place in very good location. 3 doubles and 3 en suites was perfect. very clean on arrival and easy check-in and out. would highly recommend

Communication was great! Would say the link to the picture confirming which lock box to use, didn't work and we had to try all of them. And the button to push down to open was stiff. Maybe I'm weak! Also, the shower head in the ensuite (closest to kitchen) needs a really good clean. I tried twice but it didnt come clean. Needs a good soak.

For location to Uni and town centre and if you are not bothered about the state of apartment, building or spending a lot of time in it, the accommodation almost adequate. In reality though all communal areas, bedrooms and bathrooms in of the apartment are in extremely poor repair, and housekeeping are certainly not keeping on top of the cleanliness of basics areas like clean toilets, bathroom utilities. There is insufficient basics such as towels, bathroom mats so you don't slip coming out of the shower, no washing up bowl, tea towels or kitchen roll as standard. There was picture frame double sided tape left on walls where the canvas has come off/fallen down, the kitchen sponges to wash up with are frankly dirtier than the tea cups we needed to clean, the leather legs of the table and chairs were split and frayed and the overall feel of the apartment was of disrepair, cold, and uninviting, certainly not the cosy and comfy apartment we expected from the listing details.

We loved our stay at Dee's place. The apartment is pristine, and due to all three bedrooms being en-suite, it felt like we each had our own hotel room! The view of the park is lovely, and we had everything we needed. Plus it turned out a club night we intended to go to was two doors down, what more could you ask for?
