Spacious and private villa located in a panoramic area. A few minutes away from a wonderful beach with crystal clear waters. Stunning views, huge garden with a large pool and a tennis field. The Villa features 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. It offers a huge kitchen with an open concept and bright living room. Enjoy the outdoors with al fresco dining and lounge area, with a second outdoor kitchen. This place is ideal for relaxing in a perfect environment surrounded by the typical vegetation. The property stands on a small hilly promontory in the typical Sicilian countryside, where you can enjoy a wide and splendid view of the sea and the surrounding countryside. This area slowly ends on the south coast of Sicily with beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters, reachable in a few minutes’ driving. The villa covers an internal area of 250 square meters (2700 square feet) and features 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a large and modern kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances, a large and bright living room with fireplace and a laundry room. The outside offers a dining area equipped with table and chairs, as well as a second outdoor kitchen, a wonderful garden with different types of plants, a large infinity pool with a solarium area equipped with sun beds. There are also 2 outdoor showers and an additional bathroom right next to the pool. A private tennis court is also part of the outdoor areas. The name Sicily Summer Breeze is inspired by the area, which is characterized by the windy climate and the pleasant breeze that makes the summer evenings milder. The property also offers private parking. The villa is surrounded by citrus groves that make the context even more authentic, where you can breathe the real of Sicily. The nearest beach, called 'Marza' is only 8 minutes by car (8 km) and it offers an authentic beach bar and serviced beach with restaurant, as well as a free beach. This beach is characterized by golden sand and crystal-clear waters. In only 9 minutes driving you can get to the city of Ispica, where you are able to find any kind of service, such as: supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, ATM, other than multiples sacred buildings, characterized by the Sicilian Baroque architecture.

The property is absolutely stunning. Despite temperatures close to 45*, the elevation (90m) allowed the breeze to be almost constant. Another point is a super-size pool which even in the heatwave kept the water very refreshing and clean. The pool depth is ranging from knee depth to 2 meters, roughly half and half). On top of that there is a very good tennis court and table tennis. You are really alone, the closest villa is 300 m away across the lemon, orange and olive trees surroung the house. The house itself is huge with five bedrooms and huge common area. Around the pool, you have several areas where you can chill, including big gazebo with a table for 10 people bordering a garden kitchen with gas fired stove. We had problem with arrival because of the Catania airport fire. So we changed destination airport and ETA several times. Giuseppe not only waited for us at the property but also bough for us several items we asked for breakfest. Overall, the offer is great value for money.

The villa is located on a hilly promontory in a strategic location, immersed in the typical Sicilian countryside, just a few kilometers from several splendid beaches. The silence and tranquility of the area stands out particularly for enjoying a relaxing stay. In a few minutes by car you can reach the nearby town of Ispica, where you can find all the necessary services, such as bars, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy etc.. The city of Ispica also offers multiple cultural places dating back to the Baroque era, including the renowned Loggiato del Sinatra, a logistic icon of various film series, as well as the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore etc.. Another symbol of history, culture as well as being a naturalistic place is Cava D'Ispica, a suggestive landscape, set in a sort of canyon, with the ruins of the fortress city inhabited until 1693. The ruins of the marquis palace, the Byzantine-era churches, are among the main monuments that can be visited. The nearby tourist cities of historical and cultural interest, not to be missed, are Modica, Ragusa, Noto and Syracuse, part of the Val di Noto district, a UNESCO heritage area, symbol of the Sicilian Baroque. The area also different places of naturalistic interest, such as the mouth of the Irminio river, a suggestive trail, the Vendicari naturalistic reserve, a vast area on the south-eastern coast with beaches and ruins dating back to various eras. Nearby is also the tourist town of Pozzallo, a destination for many visitors during the summer, as well as a place full of bars, restaurants, and several beaches. The coast in general offers a ton of beaches, most of which are serviced with restaurant, umbrella, sunbeds. Clear crystalline waters stand out throughout the coast, where stretches of clear sand alternate with rocky beaches. Appreciable and certainly distinct is the Ragusan cuisine, rich in delicacies and local specialties.
