Our small but mighty cabin has everything you need for a cosy stay in Taupō. Located on a residential street only a 15-minute walk to the lake, it’s a great launching pad for your adventures. It's fully self-contained on the front of our property with a private deck and comfy outdoor chairs with warm woolly blankets for star gazing. If the weather is grim, tuck up inside and watch a movie (bring your passwords to stream your favourite shows) or grab a book from the little library. Inside there is: A kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, small freezer, sink, toaster and jug. A bathroom with piping hot showers. A queen-sized bed with views of the private deck. During winter, there’s a duvet and a comforter on the bed so it’s extra warm and snug. Heat pump for warmth in winter and air conditioning during summer. Bar leaner for meals or as a remote working space. There’s space for a cot if travelling with an infant. Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix (bring your account details). Or, sign in to your Gooogle acount to access all other apps e.g. Disney+ and Neon. Outside, there is: A key lock box offers private self check in. A private deck with comfy chairs for outdoor relaxing. Off-street parking beside the cabin. Plenty of lighting for late arrivals. We supply: Coffee sachets, herbal teas, English breakfast tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Fresh crisp bed linen and towels. Ecostore NZ shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash Woolly blankets for extra warmth inside or to keep cozy outdoors. A small library and local seasonal magazines. A handful of games for some friendly competition! Bug spray, if needed during summer
