The pros: Place was neat and clean. Lots of blankets & pillows & towels. The on demand water heater worked great. Wifi was great. Communication with Erin was great. The cons: Place is a shed converted to a guesthouse so it is extremely dark inside with just a small window in main room & bathroom. When we arrived in the afternoon it was very, very cold inside. The small space heater was not heating up the space after almost an hour. Contacted Erin & a large space heater was brought to us which did the job, but as it was in the low 30s upon arrival and getting down to less than 20 at night, the place should have been heated up before we got there (the fireplace in listing does not work for heat). Be aware that getting to the place at night up winding mountain roads with spotty gps service would be very difficult. Also when you are inside, you cannot lock the door (shed handle only able to lock from the outside). Suggestions: small end tables & light by bed. Broom & dustpan.
