This is a nice quiet retreat on a canal to Lake George. The owner is responsive, and helpful. The place and furniture are outdated and nothing fancy, but the home is clean, and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. The driveway looks small, but it will accommodate your boat and trailer. Do not park in the grass across the street. That's what the next door neighbor came out and said. He is friendly if you need information. You can launch your boat at the marina just a few blocks away but beware of the low water depth. It was at just over 1 ft deep and we dragged all the way out. There is a decent restaurant on the lake north toward the river and Salt Springs is just about 20 mins away by boat across the lake.

Super cute home, we absolutely loved the neighborhood. Very quiet and being right next to the water was refreshing. Definitely would book again!

Everything was great. Neighbor very friendly but not nosey. Quiet area. Beautiful sunsets around the corner at RV campground where we visited family. Awesome birds; pileated woodpeckers, barred owls, eagles, great blue herons and osprey. Latter two feed/hunt in the canal in front of you, and fly their catch back to nest atop the trees overhead. Watch osprey carry spanish moss to their nest daily. Rv campground around the corner has small store, quick basic supplies and cold drinks. Saw little blue herons, turtles, gators, egrets at the RV grounds. The airbnb had comfortable beds. Special touches: at arrival, 2 ice trays & 2 chilled coctail mugs in freezer, ready to enjoy. Screened porch was nice. AC in house felt great. Well stocked kitchen ware, perfect - I made fresh lemonade and brewed iced tea, there were 2 large pitchers ready to go! Lots of pans, pots and oven ware. Large dining table with 6 chairs. Plus 2 person dinette. Large living room.
