New tiny house surrounded by nature & conservation land on Lake George! We have a boat launch & marina to head over to the salt springs or Silver Glen for the day as well as miles of trails great for biking or hiking. The tiny house is located at Pine Island RV & Marina and this is a shady, quiet and private spot on the lake. Equipped with everything you might need for a long weekend or week, we have an on site store and staff and new pontoon rental starting July @ $300/day to go to the springs! Brand new, cozy little tiny house. Sliding doors open right onto a deck over the water for beautiful sunsets. This space is best suited for two adults as there is one queen sized bed. Note that the bedroom does not have a door. It is possible to fit a twin sized air mattress or have one person sleep on the couch or there is room for a 2-3 person tent outside. We have a camp store where you can rent kayaks, play pool, buy essentials as well as a marina with fuel, boat launch and slips to rent for an additional small fee. We have cornhole and bocce under the 5th wheel of the tiny house to use as well as lots of board games up at the store. You’re welcome to fish from anywhere on the property and we have ice and bait at the store if needed. The house has all the essentials, coffee maker (french press, Nespresso small pod maker and milk frother) Small RV sized fridge and two burner induction stove with a convection/air frying/toaster oven. Fans in both living room and bedroom as well as a quiet mini split air conditioning + heating unit. The only television is located in the bedroom at the moment. The WiFi is Starlink as we are very remote and works for basic needs and light streaming. Phones and hotspots generally work just fine too!
