The place was spacious and very clean. The kitchen and bathroom seem newly renovated. Beds were comfortable. Nice amount of extra towels/linens.

This was a great place to stay in Alameda!! Julie’s place was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the reserved parking spot made road tripping in the Bay Area much easier!!! We were traveling with young kids and found that Julie’s place was great for them: floor space to do puzzles, desk space for reading and coloring, an open kitchen for snack prep. Only downside comments are that: 1) we requested a flexible check-in time, but didn’t hear back from the host regarding this; 2) the in-house laundry is actually coin-op and not in the unit itself. With kids, we were packing light and hoping for easy laundry access in the unit — oh well. Still a great find on Airbnb!

El lugar fue totalmente lo que esperábamos. Alameda es una ciudad muy bonita y tranquila que permite moverse a lugares de interés sin ningún problema. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos mucho del lugar, es un lugar encantador, la descripción y fotos exactamente iguales. No dudaremos en volver a reservar con Julie.

Julie's place was a perfect oasis in the middle of the bay. Everything's is clean and the apartments has good energy.

Good location and value to visit my family who live nearby. Host was responsive after I reached out to get entry & parking details. Nicely updated, private, and safe place. The only issue was that walls and floor have little soundproofing - upstairs and downstairs neighbors could clearly be heard after quiet hours. I had read a previous review about noise, but booked anyway due to value & location. I appreciate ear plugs being provided, but I personally prefer not to use them. Thank you.
