Richard was a very responsive host that made us feel welcome at his place. He was really helpful even AFTER we already checked out - when we accidentally forgot an item at the place after checkout.

This spot in Fox Point worked out great for our weekend stay. Plenty of room for our family, and the location was great. Close to DT Providence and easy to get around. On-street parking was plentiful, so we never had an issue accessing the property. Beds were comfy and made for good rest. As are many homes in PVD, this one is older and has the character that matches its age. Our hosts were very communicative and proactive with instructions. We did not need to contact them at all before or during our stay because they answered all of our questions before we could even ask. We appreciated our stay!

We enjoyed the stay at this Airbnb for a short visit to providence with our family. Great communication and easy check-in. Location was also convenient and very close to some fun areas of the town. Thanks Richard !
