This is a great spot if you are looking to be close to campus and Northgate. We were in for family weekend and it seemed like everywhere we had to go was within a short drive. The accommodations look exactly like the photos! Very clean and well appointed - and appears to be newly renovated. The only issue we had was with the parking situation - I think just a random issue with other residents not paying attention to the rules on only parking within your designated spot. However, I would put this as a positive for the hosts as they were responsive late at night and came up with a solution for us very quickly. Last thing I will mention is that - as everyone knows that has stayed around this area - be aware that the train is not very far away from there, so you do hear the horns now and then. It's part of the charm of College Station. Thanks Randy and Kelly for a great stay.

Beds were super comfy. Stayed on a Sunday and it was quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed. Cute apartment remodel.
