Embark on an invigorating medium-difficulty trail, revealing magnificent vistas and "wow" moments. Built with love, this cabin harmonizes with its surroundings, providing a tranquil haven where birdsong lulls you into tranquility. Enjoy the added convenience of a neighboring supermarket. Live beauty, tranquility, and convenience all in one same place. This cabin is a simple and peaceful place, surrounded by green space. The entrance is next to the supermarket, where you can park your car and walk through a branch arch to reach your tiny-yet-mighty cabin. Inside, you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay: ✔ A comfortable full bed ✔ Soft towels and blankets ✔ A bathroom with hot water ✔ An outside pile to wash any dirt away ✔ Internet access Behind the cabin, you will discover a hiking trail that leads you to the stunning Río Celeste, high difficulty You will also have a friendly neighbor nearby, who lives in a small house and is always happy to help.

A really nice secluded place, but with restaurants within walking distance. Christian is extremely helpful and the walk down to the river behind the house is a real bonus.

We loved staying in this cabin over night. We felt right at home and really liked the solitude. There is a mini market and yummy restaurant like 2 min walk. The cabin was simple and the water pressure was good. It was exactly what I expected and it was very nice. Would definitely come back. I will say though, please do not stay here just for the private access to the rio celeste trail. That trail is known to locals as the hard trail. I went down the trail expecting medium difficulty but half way through it was very muddy, hard to follow minimal signage, STEEP climb down with uneven footing, and very slippery. I would also say probably dangerous if you fell. Once we got down, the river is beautiful. Only for pictures, there’s to real place to get in and out for a swim, and the water runs quickly. It took us 30 minutes atleast to climb back up and trek out. You can get lost.

Hello fellow airbnb renters this airbnb is super nice the price is great and the trail and the pool river were so so beautiful, Cristian was an attentive host but more importantly really kind! :) i hope we can come back soon. P.d. To find the river follow the signs and after there is no more signs, turn right on the orange wood stick and left at the T cross path

L’endroit est un peu éloigné mais facile d’y accéder avec un véhicule, très tranquille au milieu de la nature. Il y a même un sentier derrière qui permet d’accéder à la rivière d’eau bleu, un endroit super pour prendre des photos et s’y baigner! L’hôte était très réactif au message, nous recommandons:)

出行信息

To easily reach the location, you can travel through Cañas (Guanacaste) by searching for "Restaurante Tapirus Paradise" on Waze. Enter that gravel road, and from there, you'll be 750 meters away from the house. On the right, you'll see Escuela Del Pilón, a supermarket next to it, and the entrance is right beside the supermarket. You can drive your car all the way to the end of that road and park. The cabin will be visible behind an arch of branches.
If you need a taxi, please let us know, as there is no bus from Bijagua to Río Celeste.
If you decide to travel through San Carlos, then at 400 meters or 0.25 miles, you'll need to turn right onto a gravel road. From there, you'll be 600 meters away from the house, which you'll find on your right.
