Fantastic home. Hostess thought of everything. Certainly went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Setting and views from the house are fabulous. Large yard and quiet space for walks. Ideal for a getaway to relax and refresh.

The cottage was perfect for our out of town family for Christmas. The waterfront view was a great plus. Kitchen is well stocked and we were able to cook multiple large meals. If you are visiting the Northern Neck this is a great find.

Absolutely beautiful home in a stunning setting! Everything inside was perfect and decorated so cute! The beds were very comfortable and the towels and sheets were great quality. Sandy has set things up perfectly and the sweet handwritten card that accompanied the donuts and case of water was such a nice touch. While the inside is super nice the outside view is spectacular! Right on the water - the sunset was INCREDIBLE. We had the absolute best time and would highly recommend this home to anyone coming to the NNK!

We were Sandy’s first air b n b renters. She asked our opinions. We all said the same thing! The house was perfect. Sandy has everything you could ask for. The house is beautiful, clean and well stocked. The morning sunrises and evening sunsets on the river were spectacular. Next time we visit we are bringing our kayaks. Thank you Sandy, job well done. We look forward to a return visit.
