WOW! What an amazing place. The views are beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the home is pristine and well-stocked. We absolutely loved our stay. The sunrises were amazing. The neighborhood is very quiet, but welcoming. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time staying at David’s place. It was peaceful, and beautiful. The location is amazing, right on the water, sunrises are amazing. It was perfect and exactly what we needed for our ladies trip!! Would 100% recommend, you will not be disappointed.

This was the perfect home base for enjoying Northern Neck. Great set up for kids. Direct beach access provided beautiful views and made it easy to spend time on the beach, in the water, and out on the house’s kayaks. Kitchen was open and the big table made the inside great for cooking, games, hanging out with the whole family. Screened in porch and window screens helped maximize outdoor time. I especially liked the outdoor shower. Responsive and helpful host. Highly recommend this spot!

What a great stay! My host was extremely responsive and friendly, and the place was exactly what we were hoping for. We loved spending time on the water and using the kayaks provided. The place was well stocked with kitchen equipment and squeaky clean. Would highly recommend!

We don’t even know where to start. David’s home was AMAZING! We had our first family trip with our one year old and it was absolutely perfect. The home was so clean and modern but felt super cozy. There were plenty of bath and beach towels to use, and the kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. We loved sitting out on the screened porch in the morning to watch the sunrise and at night to hear the waves crashing on the beach. The best part was how close the beach was to the house. There’s so many things to bring going to the beach with a one year old but for how close the water was to the house it was not a hassle at all if we forgot something in the house. Thank you David and his wife for being so communicative and kind. We will for sure make this a tradition for a family trip and will return for sure!!
