Frank’s place is exactly as described- a beautiful location right on the river, plenty of activities to keep our four boys busy, and the house is very well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed using the kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes, and hanging out on the beach and dock. We only had 3 nights there on a return trip from DC, but it was the perfect end to our vacation after 5 days of walking around DC. We would love to return for a longer stay in the future. Highly recommend for families!

This place was great, peaceful and relaxing! We (two kids and myself) all had something we liked to do individually (hunting for sea glass or fishing) and all together (hot tub or bonfires)! The locals were super friendly and nice to meet and greet! Mornings were my favorite, watching the sunrise over the dock and the glass like water.

We spent Friendsgiving with 4 families here, and we loved every second. The sunrises over the water were so spectacular and convenient that we felt guilty if we didn't wake up to witness them. For those who didn't want to venture outside, the River Room offered an equally beautiful view. (One day some even enjoyed it from the hot tub.) The table in that room was the perfect puzzle spot, and the dining room table fit all of us for our feast. The kitchen was well-stocked and on the smaller side, but we managed to cook in shifts and it never presented an issue. If you are booking, be prepared for the melamine plates that can't be microwaved; we used paper plates so this was not an issue either. The coffeemaker (both drip and K-Cup) and the extra refrigerator in the shed were both useful. We couldn't find the kitchen towels, but we had a family bring some from home. We appreciated the separate TVs in the separate areas of the house (saving grace w/ kids). Book it. You won't regret it.

Just had the loveliest time at Frank’s property! The beach is gorgeous, clean, and private. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets outside as well as the cozy living rooms. Very cozy and comfy! Only thing to note is that you might want to bring along some extra toilet paper and paper towel rolls. Other than that the place had everything readily available! I hope to return in the future!
