Erica's place is a wonderful way to escape it all - a very private location with gorgeous bay views from most rooms. The house is beautiful, extremely comfortable and every inch is tastefully decorated for the holidays. We enjoyed building a fire in the backyard and watching the sunset over the water on multiple nights. Lots of birdwatching (spotted bald eagle every day) and we even saw a fox stroll through the backyard on the day we arrived! The kitchen was a dream to cook in and incredibly well stocked with anything you might need to prepare a meal. Sharon is a great communicator and made us feel very welcome. When a small issue arose she addressed it immediately. We hope to return when the weather is warmer to really enjoy all the waterfront property has to offer!

Loved the house and the view. Screened in porch was so nice Sharon was responsive and helpful and kept to herself. Great property and host, would definitely recommend!

Perfect Place :Erica’s Place is an exceptional home ,from the moment you turn into the driveway & see the beautiful pink rose bushes& landscaping, you will know you choose the right place to relax & recharge. The home is beautiful,welcoming & inviting .The serene views & sounds of the bay will feed your soul& lift your spirit.You will enjoy marvelous picture perfect sunsets every evening .Erica’s Place is immaculate, Spacious& comfortable. It’s beautifully decorated with love. Ms Sharon is an extraordinary host, warm,kind& welcoming .She kindly made a delicious pumpkin pie for my birthday & shared the recipe along with fresh ingredients so I could make one for my family.Treat yourself to Ms Sharon’s fresh caught delicious seafood dinner&sunset cruise we saw eagles& their nest& a fox!We enjoyed going to the fall festival the people are very friendly.The art of coffee&Vintage antique store was a treat.There are several cozy areas to relax & enjoy the gorgeous views. Will return
