We are less than 3 minutes from i26 and i526, which will take you anywhere.
Because of how close we are to everything, the neighborhood isn't the prettiest, but it's safe and enough space for everyone!
We do live in an older up and coming neighborhood with several homes around us being renovated.
We have another small bnb home just down the street from our newly renovated inn!
This is a not a “dangerous” neighborhood or the “ghetto”. Just an older working class culturally diverse neighborhood. Almost every house on the street has kids and the ones that don’t have elderly living there.
If you may be concerned about the neighborhood (which we nor our over 5,000 guests) have had a single issue in over 7 years, please book elsewhere. We don’t give refunds because you feel unsafe or something similar.
