Arrival
From Bergen Airport BGO you have these options:
- Bergen light rail from BGO til Byparken (50 min, ca 45.- NOK), then walk to the apartment, 20 min.
- Airport express bus to Bryggen (20-30 min, around 129.- NOK. 219.- NOK if you buy both ways), then walk to the apartment, 9 min.
- Taxi from BGO to the apartment (25 min, between 550-1000.- NOK).
Arriving by train:
- Walking takes about 20-25 min
- Taxi around 10 min
Parking in Bergen is unfortunately difficult due to zone parking rules. At our apartment zone 4 applies, which means you cannot park in the street outside the apartment between 08.00 - 23.00 every day, BUT you can stay for free from 23.00 - 08.00 every day and the whole of Sunday.
You can also park at parking meters in Ladegårdsgaten for two hours at a time between 08.00 - 23.00 (outside of that you can stay for free, also the whole Sunday is free)
You can park for longer in zone 8-30, not too far from the apartment, download "P I Bergen" app to see locations on the map (330.- NOK pr 24/h)
