We had a great stay at Aleksanders place. The house was very clean, good sized bedrooms with modern bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Check-in was made super smooth and Aleksanders. Communication has been excellent. The staircase really could do with some handrails otherwise it might not be suitable for everyone. It was easy to reach Bergen city centre either by bus or walking.

Great location and great host. The house is in a calm area, yet a short walk from the city centre. Nice views over the sea as you walk around the neighbourhood. The house itself feels clean, and is a nice place to retreat after a day out. The host is kind and helpful. We didn’t miss anything. I recommend the place.

Aleksander’s place was the perfect home for our family’s 6-day stay in Bergen! The bus stop is just a few minutes away and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the city centre. It is spotless and has everything we need. What we appreciate: Everything! The house is comfortable, location is great, it is very clean and the kids enjoyed the TV. There are also some games you can play. Aleksander was very responsive via messages to all of my questions. What you’ll need to consider: The staircase is a little narrow and doesn’t have any handrails. We had no problems going up and down, but you may want to be wary if you have a younger child or an elderly. What could be better? We wished Bergen could be a little less rainy on some days, but that has nothing to do with Aleksander and his lovely little home ❤️
