A truly unique experience. This is an over the water house on a secluded island, located only 8 minute boat ride to the main island of Bocas Del Toro. It is only accessible by boat. Mr Brown is our caretaker and has taken care of our guests for over 12 years, he lives in a home on the island and will take you to and from the island as needed. The home has kayaks, paddleboards and snorkel gear, and floaties. Jump off the deck into crystal clear waters, and enjoy your own piece of paradise This house was featured on HGTV House Hunters International. Season 44 episode 9, Living la Vida Boca. The house is two story. Bottom floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room, three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a queen bed, one has a full bed and the other has single bunk beds. Upstairs is the master bedroom, a loft and a bathroom with a shower. The master has a King bed. The couch folds out to a queen size bed for extra sleeping. This house is off grid and uses solar power for electricity, and a rain catch system for water. New solar panels were installed January 2024. The house is equipped with fans in every room, and a new propane grill on the deck.

Excelente hospedaje, Tyson, Ruben y Brown siempre fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron en todo. Nos gustaría volver mas días, el lugar es apto para realizar varias actividades, la casa está equipada con kayak, paddle boards y equipo de snorkel, ademas de algunos inflables, por lo que es muy completa para admirar los bellos corales que están bajo la casa. El Hospedaje si está un poco lejos de la isla principal pero es realmente majestuosa.
Couldn’t have done this trip without Tyson. Very helpful and pointed us in all the right directions. Home is exactly as described, remote but beautiful surroundings and lots of water activities at your disposal. Home doesn’t have air conditioning, but does have fans and mosquito netting and water to cool off, our family was fine! Bring bug repellent and all groceries and supplies. Great home, definitely recommend!
La casa es muy buena opción para unas vacaciones tranquilas y disfrutar el mar del mar de forma privada, la casa esta 10 minutos de Bocas en bote y adicional la persona que hace el servicio de transporte hace el transbordo a 2km del centro por lo que moverse puede ser un poco tedioso
It's an experience! Mr. Brown is wonderful and Tyson very responsive. The house needs improvements and is very basic (no ac, very open to nature). I also want to point out this, if you plan on being out past 630pm, the latest Mr. Brown can take you back, this IS NOT the place for you. It's going to cost a lot of money ($40 each way) for water taxis to and from the location. Also, where he drops you off is a couple miles from town and will take 30-45 minutes waking. With all that said, it's pretty spectacular waking up there! Beautiful fish, stingrays, squid, and more right around the house! So peaceful!
