The home is decorated with up-cycled furniture and other sustainable materials. Also it offers a number of eco-friendly features, including drought-tolerant landscaping, on-site recycling, conscientious cleaning products, and energy-efficient appliances. Just 1.2 miles from OU campus! Bedrooms • Master Bedroom To the back of the home is the master bedroom - with a king sized bed, and an attached private master bathroom and a closet. A dresser is also provided for your use. • First Bedroom Down the hall from the master, off sitting area is another bedroom - with a twin sized bed and attached closet. A dresser and desk are provided for your use. • Second Bedroom - In the middle of the home is our third bedroom - with a queen sized bed. A dresser and a closet is provided for your use. Sitting Room • Couch Sleepers Our living room boasts of comfortable places to sit and/or sleep. The sleeper sofa expands to a full sized bed. It will be made with sheets in preparation for your stay. Blankets and pillows can be found in the middle bedroom. The large and spacious tufted sofa provides room for a single sleeper. Extra throw blankets, pillows, and shams for our couch sleepers are provided in the closet of the middle bedroom. • Fireplace We offer a functional wood burning fireplace with a gas starter. Please ensure that you open the flue before starting a fire. • Smart TV A smart television is provided for your use during your stay. Log into your own streaming services and watch at your preferences! Cable and local networks are not available. Bathrooms We provide one (1) open bathroom on the right side of the hall, and one (1) private bathroom attached to the master bedroom for your use. We provide bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. * Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets! We appreciate you complying! Kitchen • Amenities During your stay, you will have full use of an electric range, built in oven, a stainless steel kitchen sink with a garbage disposal, a dishwasher, a microwave, a slow cooker, a toaster, a drip coffee pot, and a full sized refrigerator. Smaller amenities such as plates (found in the upper cabinets), silverware and children’s table wear (found in the drawers) as well as other cooking tools such as a blender, and a slow cooker (found in the lower cabinets) are all made available for your use. • Breakfast Nook A breakfast nook seating six (6) is made available for your morning coffee and morning reads. It could also be utilized as the designated ‘kids table’ if you prefer! Dining Room • Dining Table A dining table to seat six (6) is provided for your use during your stay. If you need to seat the maximum occupancy, feel free to pull over a couple of chairs from the breakfast nook to seat your entire family/friend group for dinner. Backyard and Patio • Patio Dining Area A backyard dining area is provided with enough room to seat six (6). Relax and enjoy the sound of the flowing water feature. Front Porch For a second seating option on a sunny day, we provide a loveseat in front of the home seating two (2). Please replace cover to protect it from the elements.
