Our stay at Peras Airbnb was first class. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Very well equipped and fabulous location. I would recommend it to friends and family and would use it again myself.

The house is spacious, in a really great neighborhood, suitable for going for a walk, many variety of restaurants in drivable distance, and a nice patio and well maintained backyard with view of trees.

Overall, we had a nice stay at the home. The house is in a great location and is spacious for 4 people. The showers are really nice, although I did see hair in the hallway shower from the previous guests, and the extractor was really dusty. The beds aren't the most comfortable, but it was okay for what we needed. Also, what is not disclosed in the listing is people live in the basement. They had their separate entrance and we had no issues, but wish we had known ahead of time. The house wasn't ready until around 3:30/3:45PM but the host was really responsive and kept us updated throughout. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.

We stayed at this AirBnb for about 10 days. Our host Pera was kind and accommodating from the get go and ensured everything in the house was stocked well. The house itself was spacious, clean and had all the basic amenities. Laundry amenities were also available. There’s a plaza just a minute drive away which has a grocery store, dollar store, pharmacy, McDonalds, Dry cleaning services and more - which was very convenient. Square one mall is just 7-10 mins drive away. Great location! Having a parking spot was definitely a plus! Pera was always prompt and responsive for any queries we had. Would highly recommend this AirBnb!
