We had a great stay at Mathew’s place! Everything was super clean and comfortable, and the area was great with a convenience store within walking distance, as well as a healthy restaurant. I love how fashionable the furnishings are and it feels very homey! I appreciate the responsiveness of the host and I plan on returning anytime I’m in the area. Thanks again for a great stay!

My stay was perfect. The instructions were easy to follow and the location was amazing. Close to many beaches and attractions and food. We loved our stay and I would recommend to anyone

This place was great! It was a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach! The walls were a little thin allowing me to hear the other apartment dwellers having a great evening if you get what I mean. Overall though, I'd definitely stay here again! It met all of my needs, plus parking out front was very safe.
