Pictures do not do this place justice! The view is stunning and the waterfall is gorgeous! We spent so much time outside—it was like a private park! The neighborhood is very peaceful and the cabin is a reasonable driving distance to all the beautiful places we wanted to go. Bill was always kind and responsive. I definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Black Bear Falls Cabin so much we can't wait to return. The beautiful cabin/home gave us a fantastic view to observe the Blue Ridge Mntns., take in the sight and sound of the nearby waterfall and watch the starry nights. The cabin was up the mountain in a gated community. At the cabin the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Everything was as appears in the pictures and everything we needed was there. The host responded immediately to us in providing a solution to a weather related issue. The location was perfect for attractions within 30-40 minutes. We were in proximity to visit the Great Smokey Mntn. Railroad trip, Great Smokey Mntn. National Park, Harrah's Casino in Cherokee and the Biltmore Estate in Asheville decorated for the holiday. The town of Waynesville was a short distance away with great shopping and restaurants. Thanks Bill for a great place to stay.

It is such a beautiful house. We really enjoy the view and the little waterfall next to. It is not only the place, it is the whole experience. The host is very friendly and responsive.
