Nice place to share with friends , good lounge space around the pool , rooms are comfortable and beds are nice .
Really beautiful house! The kitchen and all of the outdoor spaces were amazing. We hung out in the pool everyday. It had all of the amenities we wanted. It’s walkable to the beaches and the bougier area of Punta de Mita that caters more to Americans and Europeans but the area the house is in is more rural.
The neighborhood was poorer than expected but the house was amazing..a very contemporary design with modern amenities. There was a slight hiccup with the check in but Naya was very quick to respond…Overall 5 star place! We would happily stay there again.

Part of a new development. Faces locals properties with very lowkey surroundings. A few blocks down you’ll find a bodega. 10min walk to restaurants. Roosters, dogs barking and music play constantly in the neighborhood so if you are looking for a quiet night’s sleep you best bring your earplugs or turn on a loud fan. Those roosters wake you up at 6am no matter what. The AC in one of the 2nd floor bedrooms doesn’t work even though they tried to fix. There is no oven or microwave if you’re looking to cook. There is a very basic charcoal grill outside and the stove. The outdoor area has TV and ample seating but if you’re not immune to mosquitos its not the best area to relax and hang. The entrance to outdoor is blocked by a garden so you have to step into it or avoid it. There is one other TV in the master. Garage is small & narrow and won’t fit more than a small SUV (ie: x-trail). The property itself is new & nice but not thought out well. Watch out for the rude next-door neighbors.
