Our stay was absolutely fantastic overall. The toilet seat in the unit was a little precarious, but I remembered reading about that in other reviews, so I wasn't too upset... plus, I'm not out here trying to play WWE smackdown when using the restroom :-P. Mastering the humidity in the unit was a little bit difficult. We woke up a couple of times with everything covered in a sheet of dampness due to the humidity inside, but there were also a lot of storms while we were there messing with the weather patterns. Otherwise, the air was cold and crisp from the AC and the unit was comfortable. We ended up staying an extra day to take care of some more business in the area and Chetram was extremely accommodating and made the whole process super easy, even after we accidentally made it difficult. We'll absolutely be back next time we're in PCB soon!

Awesome spot! You can walk out the door and see the beach, which is how close it is. Restaurants and stores very close. Host is responsive and friendly.
