Leyla and Pejman were great hosts. from the moment I booked communication was very positive and helpful and when I arrived at the flat I was shown around and made to feel at home. can't fault the booking and the room

Leyla advertises this property as having free parking. When I got to the property, it turned out this was not true. As a result I had to spent 1h30 and £50 finding a last minute parking spot in Brighton (where everyone knows parking is a nightmare!). This amenity needs to be removed from this listing so other guests don’t have the same experience.

Nice and warm welcome - nice and clean place- comfty to stay for the night. I was fine to come back in the early hours after a night out in Brighton. thanks for the fresh coffee offer in the morning :) I didn't see the surrounding area much but looks like a good amount of places to eat, get coffee and the like. Note on cars & parking: I brought mee car and found the street Leyla's place is on or the surrounding streets have places to park (where it's not listed strictly as permit holders only) - just make sure to the Brighton parking website link ready to use - ( m2-paybyphone-co-uk/parking - can't share links so replace dashes with dots :) --or there's a phone number -see brighton & hove gov website) - and note the location number listed on the parking sign.

Just needed a bed for 1 night in the locality. It was in a great location for Church road. The flat was tiny but warm and the bedroom was well appointed with a comfy bed. The hosts were friendly and hospitable.
