Bright split-level newly refurbished flat in Stratford with friendly cat and garden. First floor: Large living/dining area. Double bedroom/office. Bathroom with walk-in waterfall shower. Kitchen with sunny balcony down to garden. Second floor: King bedroom and double bedroom. Minutes walk from Forest Gate shops/bars (Elizabeth Line). 10 minute bus ride to ABBA, Stratford Olympic Park and Westfield Shopping Centre (Central, Jubilee, DLR, OG, Elizabeth and National Rail). LGBTQ+ friendly. Our place is bright and spacious and split over two floors, making it feel more like a house than a flat. We renovated the space over 2022 and 2023.

The accommodation was perfect for what we needed and we felt right at home. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Katy. Es war alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben, d.h. wir haben für den Alltag nichts vermisst. Schnelles Internet und Netflix/Amazon-Account inklusive. Katy hat uns netterweise ein paar Lebensmittel bereitgestellt, da wir Sonntags spät angekommen sind. Ruhige Wohngegend mit kurzem Weg zum Bus nach Stratford-Station und von dort mit der U-Bahn zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in London. Als Highlight gab es eine süße Katze, um die wir uns gerne gekümmert haben.
Foi tudo excelente! A casa é realmente muito boa e muito completa. Tudo extremamente funcional. Realmente atendeu todas nossas expectativas.
Stratfordera (metroko 2. gunea) etengabeko autobus zerbitzua dago etxe ondoan, bertan autobus, metro eta trenetarako lotura onak daude. Etxea oso garbi eta txukun aurkitu genuen, beharrezko guztiarekin eta alferrikakorik altzari eta trasterik gabe. Sukaldea ondo hornituta dago eta oheak oso erosoak dira. Etxejabe oso atseginak, beti laguntzeko prest baina gainean egon gabe, iritsi ginenean harrera ona egin ziguten etxean bezala sentiataziz.
Katy and Ren were great hosts. Sputnik is an adorable, affectionate cat that loves cuddles. Their place was very clean, with all the necessary immunities! They provide a nice welcome package and lots of recommendations to local food! It is important to note that this is about 40 min by tube to central London - it's the perfect location for us but some may find it a bit far away if you are new to the tube system. The Elizabeth line makes it very easy to get around! We will definately recommend these hosts and hope to stay with them on our next trip to London!

Nice restaurants and bars in Forest Gate, Leytonstone and Stratford.
The house is at the top of West Ham Park - a large park with playing fields, play grounds, botanicals, tennis courts and cricket cages. Great for a picnic lunch or an evening drink in the sun!
Street parking available (at additional cost of £5 per day mon-fri, free on weekends).
Bus stop is 300m away with direct bus to Stratford in 10 minutes (train station, shopping, olympic park).
A 10 minute walk takes you to Forest Gate tube (Elizabeth Line).
