We loved this condo! Great location and easy to get anywhere in downtown Gatlinburg on foot. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The porch was relaxing, you can hear and see the river flowing by. I will definitely stay here the next time my family and I take a trip back to Gatlinburg.

Our condo was beautiful! There was a great view from the balconies. It was clean and comfortable. The elevator to get to the street level was really helpful. The location was walkable to everywhere. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Gatlinburg.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Leia is an excellent host. She was quick to respond to our questions. The property is well kept and maintained. We had all the comforts of home while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We highly recommend this home. Close to all the happenings in downtown Gatlinburg and a short drive to many area attractions. Thanks Leia for an enjoyable stay.

Stayed during spring break. Plenty to do and hiking trails were within a short walk. Location was right off the Main Street and our two college bound daughters were able to visit coffee shops and stores by themselves. Even though the weather was on the chilly side- still everything was in walking distance. The condo itself was very spacious with two wonderful decks off the family room and master bath. Overall, A+ on the condo and wonderful communication from Leia our host. Highly recommend!
