I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration regarding my recent stay my experience was far from satisfactory, primarily due to the complete absence of basic amenities such as water and internet connectivity. First and foremost, the lack of water supply throughout my stay was an absolute nightmare. It is inconceivable that a rental property would be devoid of such a fundamental necessity. I was forced to endure countless inconveniences, including being unable to take showers, wash dishes, or even use the restroom properly. This made my stay extremely uncomfortable and far from the relaxing vacation I had envisioned. Overall, my stay was a disappointing and frustrating experience. The lack of water supply and was dirty absence of internet connectivity, and cramped living conditions made it impossible for me to enjoy my time there. I strongly urge you to address these issues promptly to ensure that future guests do not have to endure the same inconveniences.
كان المسكن مريح واطلاله جميله ومكان هادئ بعيد عن الازعاج لكن بعيد عن وسط المدينه بعض الشيء مكان يصلح للعائلات الكبيره

Très belle villa chaleureuse et conviviale, Niveaux sécurité dans la résidence compliqué car à chaque entrée nous devions présenter notre identité sachant et dire pourquoi nous venions sachant que nous avons déjà présenté tous nos documents et le nombre de voyageurs lors de notre arrivé . chaque jours un agent différent donc chaque jours faut justifier notre entrées dans la résidence . Sinon je vous reçois cette villa vraiment une semaine parfaite nous avons passé .
