Great apartment with authentic athmosphere. The place is located near the city center. The host is very nice and give us great advices. I recommend it.

Gorgeous place to stay. Everything is of highest quality 5 star hotel quality bed linen and sheets. Impeccably clean. This is not an anodyne rental- the furniture, the glorious porcelain plates, the colourful mugs in the kitchen all exude style and thoughtfulness. Very Tuscan in its sensibility. I loved the ‘60s style lamp in the sitting room. And it’s huge. And very very quiet which can be rare. Would be suitable for a longer term rental as is it very well equipped esp for cooking. Owner Maurizio was super helpful and very responsive. And best to take a taxi from train station.

Staying at San Niccolò 20 was a superb experience. The place is beautiful, spotless and has everything we needed for our 2 week stay at Arezzo. Mauricio is kind and fast to respond to any questions we had. The only thing is that is not easy to get there in case you have big luggage, the stairs are quite long and steep and there’s no one to help. I recommend you take a taxi in case you arrive at the train station as the streets are quite steep to arrive with big luggage. With no luggage, you walk around 20 minutes and it’s fine if you’re young. We felt at home and loved the Tuscan look of the flat. Loved how quiet the neighbourhood was. It was the perfect stay. Heel fijn appartement, kan het iedereen aanraden. Buiten was het fris maar binnen was de verwarming aan, heel comfortabel en Gezellig ingericht.
