Welcome to our cozy Hidden Gem located in beautiful Anchorage, Alaska. The suite has a private entrance, comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, private bathroom, and laundry room access. Whether you’re seeking outdoor fun at Kincaid Park, rest and relaxation at Sand Lake, and/or a quick commute to and from the airport, we can provide it all! It’s the perfect home away from home so book today and experience all that Anchorage has to offer! The space offers free guest parking on the left hand side of the driveway leading right up to the private entrance. After inputting the key code you will be able to follow runners along the garage to the door leading into the house. You will pass the laundry room on the left hand side, followed by your own private bathroom which includes bathing and personal hygiene supplies. As you enter the suite at the end of the hall you are greeted by a spacious room with large windows that let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. The suite features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The kitchen is also stocked with all the necessary cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. A few things we would like to note! 1. We do have 2 dogs in our home. One of them is a hefty boy and you may hear him prancing around on occasion. They are both friendly and enjoy butt scratches if you come across them on the property at any time during your stay. 2. The laundry facilities are considered a shared space, separate from the living suite but within the unit. As hosts, we will always inform you of our plans for using the washer/dryer to ensure privacy is allowed. If you are staying for a short period (<4-5 days) we will ensure that we will not have to utilize the laundry space during your stay. If you are staying longer than that, we will always reach out prior to entering the unit. If you have any questions or concerns about this, don't hesitate to reach out. 3. We have the space listed as available for up to 3 guests but there is only one bed (queen). The couch can be utilized as a sleeping space for an adult but if that is too small we also offer a cot and sleeping mat that can be requested at anytime before and during your stay. 4. We do have 2 mountain bikes (female, 29”) and 2 paddle boards available for rent during your stay, so please let us know if you would like to take advantage of these while you are with us.
