The location was very nice, it has great views of the lake and close to trail along Kempenfelt Bay. House is comfortable. Host was very accommodating. There was an issue with the furnace that was beyond the hosts control but the Host and Airbnb looked after it and made things right. I would highly recommend and look forward to booking again. This was a great home base to visit our son who attends the college here with our doodles in tow. We made use of the full kitchen to prepare and enjoy dinners there and enjoyed walks along the shore. Convenient, safe location. Quiet, clean, clutter-free. Perfect for our needs. Would book again. Thank you!

Very clean and comfortable 2 bedroom house (though the second bedroom with a single bed is small). Very spacious though bit of a funny layout. Latest appliances. It is just one block south to the water--this is the most attractive feature of this house. Once you are on the board walk trail you can walk for a few kms all along the lake to the east and also to the west which will take you to downtown Barrie. good neighborhood. Downtown Barrie/restaurants are just 5 minute drive. Great place to unwind. Cleaning fees are prohibitive. Nicole the property manager of this house was very responsive and accomodating with early check in and late check out.

Safe location right by the water, which was nice to enjoy the walking trail. Easy to access. Great appliances (fridge, microwave, stove - not that I used it but it looked very good, laundry machine). Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Lots of space in the air bnb, great living room with comfortable couches and a nice TV that has access to YouTube, Netflix, etc. The bed was also very comfortable! Responsive hosts.
