Enjoy a luxury stay in Clementine Cottage, a charming Grade ll listed terraced cottage nestled in a row of historically important dwellings built c 1720. Lovingly restored in 2023 to a high spec whilst sympathetically bringing out all original features. Boasting 2 double bedrooms, a family bathroom, cosy living room with dining area and a modest back and front garden. Comfortably accommodates 4 adults with a solid oak day bed providing 2 additional single beds for children if required. Bedroom 1 (2nd floor) 1 x double bed 1 x daybed which makes into 2 x comfortable singles-perfect for children or teens! Storage for hanging & folded clothes and a full length mirror Scatter cushions, a secret stash of toys for cuddling and children books Bedroom 2 (1st floor) 1 x king size bed Cupboard for hanging clothes, storage for folded, laundry basket, a hair dryer and vanity or workspace. Bathroom (1st floor) Spacious bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower. Extra bathroom linen, iron and ironing board can be found in cupboard. Complimentary use of organic La Eva beauty products Living Room (Ground floor) 3 seater sofa, wood burning stove, wall mounted TV, board games and honesty bar Small dining table with dual seated bench and stools Kitchen (Ground floor) Breakfast bar, 2 stools and everything needed to eat, drink and cook with Equipped with integrated, full size, high end appliances (washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, fan assisted oven/ceramic hob and dishwasher) Small appliances include microwave, n'espresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle Outside Space (Ground floor) Rear courtyard garden with bistro table and backing on to Blenheim wall. Debs is a thoughtful and friendly host (thank you for the bread and prosecco) and the cottage is comfortable, charming, very clean, recently renovated, thoughtfully decorated and well appointed throughout. Be mindful that as it is an old cottage the stairs are steep. It is set back from the road which can be busy at times. Thank you Debs.
2 friends and I have just had an absolutely lovely stay at Clementine Cottage. Debs is an excellent host, all questions were answered quickly and she came across as very friendly, a host who is really wants to ensure you have a great break. The cottage is spotlessly clean, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, it's in a great location for strolling into Woodstock, the bus to Oxford stops a little way down the road. It was smashing to have parking, we had 2 small/medium cars that fitted snugly onto the drive which meant we could just forget about them for the rest of the weekend. We would definitely stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Be mindful that the steps inside are steep. That didn’t bother us though. It’s an easy walk into the town but the road is busy at times. At night time though it’s quiet and the cottage is peaceful to sleep in. There is a bus stop a minute away that takes you into Oxford in about 30 mins and that was great. Would definitely stay again.
Very warm home
The most beautiful little cottage in a picture perfect town. The most immaculately looked after Airbnb that we have stayed in, everything was thought out so well and couldn't have been more organised. Lots of sweet touches and delicious bread and Prosecco greeting us on arrival. Thank you Debs!

Nestled in the heart of beautiful Oxfordshire countryside, the vibrant town of Woodstock is a true hidden gem waiting to be explored.
Woodstock is rich in history and home to Blenheim palace, birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill. Renowned for it's architectural grandeur and breath taking landscaped gardens, this is a popular world heritage site attraction.
Beyond the palace, the town's picturesque streets are lined with independent pubs, restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and boutiques ideal for mooching around.
And of course, Oxford, the Cotswolds, Bicester Village, Daylesford Organic and Soho Farmhouse are all within a 10mile radius making it a popular destination for those in the know!
Clementine Cottage itself is in Old Woodstock and backs directly onto the grounds of Blenheim. Only a hundred or so feet away from the Kissing Gate, an access route into Blenheim grounds or a 3-5min walk into the heart of the town.
There is also a bus route directly outside the house providing direct links to Oxford or into the Cotswolds.
Clementine Cottage is perfect for that romantic getaway, a stylish rural break with friends & family or if you need a place to stay when working away from home.
The property is located on Manor Road in Old Woodstock.
The great news is that we have a garage with a private driveway, a rarity for any property in Woodstock. The driveway can accommodate 2 small to medium vehicles and is situated only 3 doors along from the cottage meaning you will have easy unloading and FREE parking throughout your stay.
The cottage is just a few hundred feet away from the kissing gate, a public right of way into the grounds of Blenheim although once you get closer to the palace, you may be asked to purchase a ticket.
Woodstock town centre, filled with independent pubs, restaurants, shops and galleries is a very short 5 minute walk away and very straight forward to find. You'll find the obvious shortcuts too.
Please note that if you do decide to take your car into Woodstock itself, parking is payable after a first hour which is FREE but even if you're there less than an hour, don't forget to get a ticket! It is a lovely walk so make the most of it.
