Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home basement in the SQUARE ONE area (L5R0A4). 2 Bedrooms with Queen beds sleeps 4 adults. An additional mattress can be provided to accommodate a 5th guest. Full kitchen with stove. Dining area and living area with large screen TV. Completely separate entrance with keyless lock for guests to enter/exit at their discretion. Family friendly neighborhood with Public transit, parks and all amenties at walking distance. Completely separate and private side entrance for guests with a keypad lock. 2 Bedrooms with Queen beds and side table/ work desk and closet spaces. An additional mattress and fresh sheets can be provided to accomodate an accompanying 5th guest. Spacious living area with a dining table and 4 chairs, along with a recliner, sofa seat and large screen TV. Free WIFI access. Full Kitchen with a full size fridge and stove. Cutlery, pans and other essential are all available for guests' use. Full 3 piece washroom with soap and other essentials for your stay.

No doubt , the host was proactive and checkin and check out was easy. The place needs a lot of maintenance. The place was not at all clean, there were bugs on the floor and the walls. The lighting was not sufficient. One of the beds was broken. The host needs to look into providing better amenities and clean place if they are charging for the cleanliness.

We had stayed there for short term (5 days ) and it was a peaceful stay. Asad was professional and responsive to my queries.The basement was fully furnished with all required amenities. Thanks to Asad for providing us a pleasant stay in his basement and wil come again in future.

Great stay! Exactly as advertised, nice neighborhood. Asad was very proactive wrt our parking permit- we super appreciated your quick response as Mississauga does not typically allow street parking. We had a worry free time.

We are located very close to Hwy 403 and Mavis area of Mississauga (L5R0A4 postal code).
4-5 minute drive to Square one Mall and GO Transit and Mississauga transit hub.
City hall, library and celebration square are also 4-5 minutes drive.
There is bus stop and park at walking distance from the property.
Mavis mall which is at a 8-9min walking distance also has NOFRILLS grocery store, McDonald's, convenience store, few restaurants and many more shops.
Very centrally located and 15-17 min drive to Pearson Airport. Walking distance to most essential amenities.
Family friendly neighborhood.

Mississauga Trasnit bus stops are at walking distance and can be used to get around the city also GO TRANSIT square one HUB is at a 5 min drive and can be used to travel intercity, taxis and getting rideshares in the area isn't a problem either.
Getting to most amenities and essentials imcluding grocery stores restaurants and square one Mall area is also possible by walk from the property.
