Do not hesitate to book this house. It is absolutely beautiful and a place we felt at home in right away. You don’t find many Airbnbs that are this well decorated, furnished, and appointed. The place looks and feels like a high end rental for a very reasonable price and was spotless. There was more than enough space for 6 adults. We actually ended up staying in one night just because the place was so nice and we wanted to take advantage of being in such a comfortable and classy space. The neighborhood felt extremely safe and was walkable to town and campus. We loved this house and would absolutely rent there again if back in Oxford. We did not have much contact with Brad, as his wife was handling the rental for the weekend, but had a great experience with communication overall. His wife was extremely friendly, provided a number of recommendations and tips for first timers, and was immediately responsive. Nice people with a very lovely home. You won’t regret a stay here.

Brad was very responsive and the place was in great condition. More spacious than the photos. Easy walk to campus and the square.
