house was clean and nicely set up. plenty of amenities to make a comfortable stay. hot water heater however did not have much hot water at a time.

Worked perfect for us. We are working on a project just up the road and this was the perfect spot with all that we needed. We will be back!
Decent rental for multiple guests. Outdated pots/pans, unusable microwave ( would not heat ), the smart TV would not load any steaming apps which was not ideal for children. We had to wash bedding /pillows upon arrival after finding hair in two of the beds. Outdoor lights could use updated. They are very dim and it was difficult to see outside. Spacious and comfortable floor plan which was a bonus.
