Had a brilliant stay at Little Hayes. House was beautifully presented and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. Highly recommend the house and would consider staying again if we have another large get together.

Perfect house for 12 people, spacious and welcoming. Beautiful decor throughout, with pristine, modern bathrooms and an amazing kitchen. Only marred by problems with the thermostat for the heating. We had instructions on boosting the heat but it kept reverting back. Radiators on very low and it was freezing outside. The owners were very helpful and finally were able to determine that it could be boosted remotely by the agents. Two nights spent sleeping with coats on our beds! We also couldn’t stay for the 3rd of 3 nights booked because a storm cut all the power in the area. To summarise - a stunning home, beautifully appointed, but we were unable to make the best of it.

The photos of this house don’t do it justice. It’s honestly one of the best houses I’ve booked on Air BnB. Every room is gorgeous & decorated to a high standard & looks brand new! We had a magical stay for NYE & can’t wait to take our families back again. Thanks for a wonderful time!

We stayed here for a family Christmas and the house was lovely! Very spacious and felt just like being at home. The hosts were very helpful with queries we had and responded very quickly. Would definitely stay here again!
