Beautiful property with well thought out bright and airy layout -perfect for a multi generational family stay. Nice enclosed rear garden , great for little ones, with extra bonus of a hot tub. Perfectly placed for Paultons Park and many other local attractions. Really helpful hosts and lovely welcome pack. Many thanks to Joel and Gaby for a perfect break away. Could have stayed much longer!

Joel and Gaby were excellent in responding to all our queries, and we had clear instructions on how to find the property and check-in. The house was so clean and welcoming, we felt right at home the moment we arrived. There was a fresh loaf of bread, some eggs and kitchen essentials waiting for when we arrived, which was unexpected but a lovely surprise. The folder of information regarding the local area was very helpful, and we especially liked the personal recommendations and inclusion of menus from local pubs/restaurants. The house was easy to find, and considering how close it was to shops and restaurants, it did feel private thanks to it's enclosed garden and being set slightly away from the main road. The inclusion of everything we might need for our dog was also a nice touch. The property was the perfect size for our needs and we would love to stay again.

Great location for everything you would want to visit on a New Forest staycay. Place was easy to find, really modern and clean with all the amenities we required. Hot tub was ready to use upon arrival, no worrying about having to wait for it to heat up. We stayed with 1 infant amd 1 todler. Cot and high chairs provided made it easy and there was plenty of space in the bedrooms to accommodate them. Lounge/kitchen also spacious to allow them to run around and play inside. Thanks for a great couple of days.

Joel & Gaby were excellent hosts who communicated really well throughout and their lovely house definitely exceeded our expectations, it was super clean and spacious and in such a convenient location, the photos don't really do it justice. With the added extra of the hot tub in the garden it was the perfect place for a wonderful Easter weekend
