Me and 8 of my pals stayed here for a birthday, it was perfect. The location was spot on, new Forrest was a 10 min drive. The hot tub was perfect, decent outside area for all of us. The inside space as well was huge, lounge area was spot on and the rooms size were good. We were aware that noise after certain hours isn’t tolerated etc and we had no issues throughout the 2 nights, it was perfect. Oyla was an amazing host, really friendly and she was very responsive. Would 100% recommend and we will be back!

Olya was very positive in all areas particularly keen to offer information about the area, very flexible about arrival and departure and keen to offer explanations and solutions to any queries we had. All in all a very good host. Thank you

Stayed here for the weekend with a group of girls for my birthday and have to say everything was perfect! It catered for 9 girls comfortably and had everything we needed. There is a little town walkable. Southampton is accessible by ubers. The hot tub is big enough for us all. Olya communicated well and provided us with anything we needed! Hope to come back soon! Thank you for letting us use your space :)
