The accommodation was spot on and nothing wrong there but as we're contractors working down in southampton there was not much around on the evening in regards to food and drink so had to drive most places,this isn't negative feedback it just didn't suit us. Apart from that clean, compy ,and tidy place

First issue was parking. Listing states: Park for free This is one of the few places in the area with free parking. In fact it was a long street with cars parked all the way up the street . Had to park 2 streets away after a lot of searching. Beds were not made up as the site stated. (1 room single bed. 2 rooms 2 single beds + sofa bed) One of the twin rooms were made up as a king size and not enough bedding for sofa bed so this was an issue. Downstairs toilet is effectively an outside toilet. Go through the kitchen into a part finished conservatory and toilet is there. Musty and no light. I contacted the owner who, in fairness, came round. He said he would get the light fixed next day (we were leaving!) and gave duvet cover, pillow case and sheet for sofa bed. When we came to make this up we had linen for single bed but needed double! My daughter placed boots in the vestibule and when she went to put them on in the morning they were damp. Stayed in many Airbnb's and this was worst

Stayed here as a last minute urgent booking. Communication was extremely quick and extremely helpful. The property was great. Exceptionally clean and cosy and spacious. We felt right at home.

The house was exactly like the pictures, looked newly renovated and was a lovely space to stay in. There was only 3 of us so worked perfect as 1 in each room. I didn’t even have to ask the host anything because everything was clear from when I booked to actually staying there ☺️✨ great little welcome booklet too. One piece of feedback though would be to correct the wifi password in the booklet. It was noted down incorrectly so we couldn’t connect but eventually found the router and password so managed to connect but there were a few letters wrong in the booklet. Other than that, perfect stay and brilliant price too ☺️🙌🏽
