Clean and tidy place to call home for a period of time. I appreciated the shampoo and conditioner. It’s like a hotel. I also liked the easy access to the condo. No hassle. Very detailed instructions that made the check in go smoothly

Michael was easy to communicate with, was quick to respond, and accommodating. We arrived early in the Philippines and he let us check-in early or leave our luggage in the room while the cleaning lady was finishing up. We had a smooth check-in, and the unit was clean and accurate to the photos. I like how the unit was designed. You can say that they put an effort in designing the unit. Very good location, Uptown Mall is just a few mins walk and restaurants are everywhere. Definitely recommend and will stay here again!

There are so many Airbnb options in the Uptown Parksuites but we chose Michael’s place because he literally had all the essential amenities like washer AND dryer, full kitchen etc. He also furnished his place beautifully to maximise space. The price was so worth it. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Manila. Michael’s place is also situated in the BGC which is safe because it’s clearly an affluent area however you’re not far from tourist spots like the Intramuros and shopping like Market Market. Great restaurants are downstairs like Manam, Nono’s, Wildflour, Conti’s

This is a great place to stay! Extremely cozy, plenty of space, and top notch security! Host is very responsive, I would recommend 1000x!
