Enjoy modern facilities in leafy surroundings with this central annexe on a residential road. Featuring a king-size bed, large walk-in shower, brand-new kitchen, dedicated workspace with superfast broadband, tree-lined garden and free private parking, this is your ideal base for exploring Inverness and beyond. Just a 20 minute walk from city centre attractions with easy access to the whole of the Highlands. Ideal for work trips or holidays. Ask about discounts for longer stays. The Annexe at Cluny House features a large bedroom/sitting room with ensuite shower room, a modern kitchen with dining table, spacious hallway with dedicated workspace and a vestibule/boot room. Outside there is free private parking for one car, EV charging point (arrange with owner to use) and a garden with seating area. It is suitable for two adults (we regret we cannot take babies or children). The Annexe is part of Cluny House, one of Inverness's striking art deco houses, built in 1930, where I live with my husband and two dogs. The Annexe is a self-contained wing of the house but we are generally available to offer help, local advice or answer any questions you have. Please note that our dogs don't enter the Annexe, but they are very friendly and happy to say hello if you would like. You enter the property through the vestibule which has plenty of space to store coats and boots into the large central hallway. Here you will find a dedicated workspace which benefits from superfast fibre broadband. Leading off the hallway are the kitchen and spacious bedroom/sitting room with en suite. The kitchen is newly fitted for 2023 and features a dining area, oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge and all the contents you will need if you choose to cook during your stay. Alternatively there is a great range of excellent cafes and restaurants in Inverness and surrounding towns and villages. The bright and airy bedroom/sitting room features a comfortable king-size bed, large sofa, smart TV and plenty of storage. Leading off this is the en suite which has a large walk-in shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. The house sits in a large tree-filled lot and is very private. You have exclusive use of a private garden area with seating for those precious sunny days. We have a Pod Point EV charger available - please contact us if you would like to use this. It is a CES charger delivering 7.5kw and you will need to provide your own cable. We charge a flat rate of 35p per kw/hour, which can be paid by cash or card before you leave. Inverness Castle, the River Ness and the city centre are just a 20 minute walk away.

Lovely accommodatin in an excellent location. Very nicely fitted with quality utensils, a nice shower and warmth. Was a pleasure to return to after a full day. Hosts are amenable and approachable. We had a great time at Jane's place. The place was squeaky clean and well set up. Jane was very helpful with the instructions. The wifi was very good. I was consistently getting > 150 Mbps We enjoyed our stay here!
We had a really wonderful stay at Jane’s place. The kitchen was fully equipped, bedroom was great size and the bathroom was clean and well heated. It also has a couple of small gardens where you can relax if the weather permits. The public parking in inverness was just a 4 min drive away or a 20 mins walk from where you can explore the entire city. Jane was super responsive throughout the trip and we felt right at home for the 3 days.
The Annexe is in the residential Culduthel area of Inverness. Sat in a large tree-filled plot it feels private and spacious whilst benefiting from its central location. There is a small park behind the house and several larger parks nearby. The city centre is a short drive or 20 minute walk away and has plenty of parking, shops and entertainment.
The railway station is a 25 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride away for trains to the airport, Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Highlands. Buses stop within a 5 minute walk of the house with regular services into the city centre and railway station. The Annexe comes with free parking for one car on Cluny House's private driveway. We can usually provide secure parking in our garage for a motorbike or bicycles with advance notice - please let us know when you book.
