A beautifully restored apartment with stunning wood floors all of which have been beautifully refinished, lovely plaster medallions on the ceilings in the living room and bedroom, and perfectly appointed furnishings from the antique light fixtures, huge and comfortable bed, large and easy to use kitchen, very clean bathroom, and simply lovely living room and sitting area. Katy was a wonderful host as well. She let us know that she was bringing a new comforter for us because the one that had been there had not survived the wash. She helped my husband navigate the smart TV, and was very solicitous about our comfort during our stay. Highly recommended! My husband and I would stay there again.

We were visiting family and this was the absolute perfect location right in the heart of Park Ave and walkable to so many wonderful restaurants and activities. Katy was incredibly responsive if we had questions and the apartment was so tastefully decorated and well maintained. We hope to come back and use the apartment again next time we are in town!

Katy's place is phenomenal and, like they say, Location! Location! Location! ... I enjoyed myself tremendously while living in her beautiful apartment. She couldn't have been nicer--and the place is beautiful and very comfortable, too. If she'll have me back, I plan to stay there over and over and over again! :]
