This 2500 SF split-level home accommodates larger group gatherings with plenty of parking for cars & trailers (advance permission required.) This home has three bedrooms and a large private loft-suite as the fourth bedroom. Home has central heat, A/C, Wi-Fi and 5G cellular service. Detroit offers year round activities including boating, fishing, hiking, snowmobiling, biking, ATVing, or just a relaxing family getaway.

Absolutely amazing! Beautiful house and area. We had an amazing family vacation and great time at the lake. Nancy’s house is beautiful and she was a fantastic host. Thank you for allowing us into your home we can’t wait for our next visit. Thank you so much!

The place was amazing. Very clean and spacious. There was a guestbook full of helpful information and recommendations. The owner even had a goodie basket laid out for guests. Great stay!

This is a resort/residential neighborhood. The majority of residences are 2nd homes, but there are a few full-time residents close by. The location affords some very nice views of the mountains and Detroit Lake.

出行信息

Getting around the neighborhoods can be via car, or with a $100 permit from the City of Detroit - via golf cart or ATV. City ordinances apply.
In our neighborhoods the speed limit is 15 MPH for the safety of people and pets, and to keep the summer dust down.
