You'll have access to resort amenities like indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, beach, playground, arcade, gym, tennis/pickle-ball courts, trails, discounted golf fees, & boat rentals. North Star Abodes offers a beautiful two-bedroom condo at The Pointe, Mariners Landing. The condo features one queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, and a second family bedroom with one double bed and a twin top bunk, as well as a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The condo can comfortably sleep 6 guests (4 adults and 2 children). The fully stocked kitchen includes a breakfast bar, while the comfortable living room boasts ample seating and a feature fireplace (non-heating). Guests can also enjoy a lovely sunroom/porch with stunning views over Smith Mountain Lake while sipping morning coffee or enjoying an evening glass of wine. Luxury linens, towels, and basic cable flatscreen TVs are provided, but guests must bring their own pool/lake towels. Coffee for all of the coffee lovers will also be provided. Boat slips are available to rent, and guests can rent boats, personal watercraft, and kayaks from The Bridgewater Marina hut near the pool at The Pointe (seasonal for onsite location, but can travel to Bridgewater Marina down the road for year round rentals). Upon booking, you'll need to provide your email address to receive all the info and mobile key for your amenities. There will also be a link included to register your boat in advance for a slip right by the condo. This MUST be done by 10:30am the day of check in or you risk not getting your amenities key for check in day. Resort fee will be requested after booking is confirmed. $30 per day during Peak Season and $20 per day for off Season. Short Term boat slip rental for off season (Oct 1- March 31st) is $35 for the first night and each additional night is $15. IN season (April 1st-September 30th) is $50 for the first night and each additional night is $25.
